If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the purchased item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund, within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns apply to reduced items also.

Please note that the shipping cost for your return will be in your responsibility. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer free returns service. Items should be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (dust bags, hangers, etc) received with the order.
We will not accept items that have been worn, washed or altered. In this case, the package may be sent back to you without refund. Once the package reaches us, please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

We will gladly exchange the purchased items within 15 days of receipt. You can either choose to replace an item with a different size, in the limit of our stock, or exchange it for another item.

As soon as the return was received and processed, the new product will be shipped to your address. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. All exchanges are subject to merchandise availability. In the case where a new size or the item you wish to exchange for are not available, you will receive a refund. Please note that you can only exchange once per item. If you are still not happy with your purchase, you can return it and make a new order. The shipping cost for your return will be in your responsibility.
To exchange an item, please follow the return steps.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment card used for the transaction. Pay Pal refunds will be charged back to the original Pay Pal account. Bank transfer refunds will be credited to the original account.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, except the case of faulty items. For destinations outside the EU, where applicable, custom duties and taxes will not be refunded. Once your return has been processed and accepted, the refund will be issued. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days from the moment we have issued the refund, depending on the processing time of your bank.
Pay Pal refunds may take up to 24 hours from the time the refund was issued.
Bank transfer refunds may take up to three business days.
